The Aga Shop celebrates its passion for fresh local ingredients with their local food producers
The best in local produce was showcased at the Aga shop Kidderminster on the 13th of September, as the Aga Local life campaign launched in the area.
Delicious produce, thanks to our various local food heroes - formed the key ingredients in a variety of dishes that were prepared in our Aga demonstration. Peter Hughes, our demonstrator for the day, created superb dishes including breakfast apple pie, plumb bakewell tart and confit of duck. Our invited guests had the pleasure of sampling the tasty foods that Peter prepared and also had the opportunity to find out more about their local producers, and the top quality foods they produce.
We extend our thanks to Bakewell Ducks, Bannut Tree farm and Checketts of Ombersley who all kindy supplied the highest quality ingredients for our demonstration.
